I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this fine place. Well we had a fine evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for that successful meeting. Sushiana is a modern kosher sushi restaurant located in Highland Park. Featuring a pretty vast menu with a surprising amount of vegetarian options. The sashimi was fresh and had great texture. I really appreciated having the option to pick shiitake mushrooms as part of the lunch combo. The Kani roll seemed a bit off flavor and texture wise though the technique was solid. Overall the experience was great, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick.
