I would like to tell about my wonderful experience of undergoing PRK surgery in this facility. Right from the initiation process of examination to my completion of surgery and my post operative followup, I had a wonderful experience. I would like to mention the wonderful services of the people right from the person collecting the slippers to the doorman and the receptionist who took us to doctor Kavita and doctor Ambika, who were very professional and polite. I would also like to mention here the names of Ms Priyanka and Ms Dhanalakshmi who were very helpful, polite and smiling who guided me to easily complete the process. I would also like to mention the excellent and professional approach of doctor Padmaprabhu who performed my surgery. I had a very nice painless experience. He was very curtious to explain to me post Op instructions. Here I would also like to mention the names of Mohammad Kaleem pasha ( the pharmacist ), madam Shailaja and sumaiya who were very helpful and kind. Overall I had a fantastic experience. I hope this service grows and serve the community. Lastly, i would like to thank doctor Padmaprabhu and everyone associated with this facility for giving me this world class experience.
