I contacted Integrity Printer Services about a problem I was having with a HP Officejet Pro 8600. I had a small piece of paper caught in the automatic document feeder of the printer. Joe Weber was on a service call with another client but found the time to return my call. Over the phone he walked me through a simple solution for clearing the jam. While other services I talked to wanted to charge a small fortune to evaluate my problem, Joe Weber and Integrity Printer Services resolved it in minutes and for no charge. Their action totally reflected the professional integrity and service orientation that their company name promotes. Joe took care of my 800 printer in a way that not only got the problem fixed, but he was also very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and gave me different options regarding how to take care of the problem. What’s more, he showed me how to do calibration functions that I had no idea existed on my machine, allowed me to video tape how to do it so I could remember in the future, and took very good care of me and my machine. I’m amazed at how good my printer works now, and I will definitely be sending people his way if I hear of folks with problems with their printers!
