I have been using Paul's for years to service my vehicles. To me, their number one quality is honesty. If I am out of town and my wife or children have car problems, I know they can go there, have their car repaired, and not be charged for unnecessary parts and labor.

Awful service. Not only did they they charge us almost 800 but they didnt even fix the problem!! Absolutely terrible customer service, we had to keep calling them to get any response. Finally we decided to just take our car back and cut our losses. Such a waste of money. They acted like they didnt care at all! Now we're out almost 800 AND still dont have a working vehicle!!
