By far the worst experience ever in terms of insurance . Claim free customer. I was harassed to buy more policies black mailed not to get renewal on other policies unless I bought commercial coverage for my shop. Wrong policy was getting renewed and wrong policy was getting cancelled. Instead of keeping worthy claim free customers, they make em run away for a few hundred bucks a year. Abhorrent, insatiable unprofessional, disregarding money chasers that’s all I have to say about Co-operators! Not that I have a higher opinion of other insurers.....
