I bought a used 2017 Chevy Volt from Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and had a really smooth transaction and experience. I worked with Mike L. and David D. and both were attentive and polite during the entire process. While closing on the car, they detailed it, charged it and gassed it up for me. Even after signing all the documents, I found a small amount of detailing work that needed to be done on the spoiler/hatch after they washed and detailed it and I was giving it one last look over - they wanted to be sure I was happy, so they had me come back during a weekday when they had someone available to buff it out. He was able to buff it right out and get it looking shiny and new. They are easy to work with, friendly, and follow through on their promises. That's what I'm looking for when buying a new or used vehicle and they delivered.

Matthew was quite literally one of the best salesmen I've interacted and have had the pleasure doing business with after going to 4 different dealerships beforehand. I said I was looking for an inexpensive hatchback, and was able to take a '19 Honda Fit and fit it into my budget, all while being super friendly and relaxed in the process. He had a great attitude when it came to everything and was extremely helpful in getting a car. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Frank Beers the Service Manager is amazing!! He went above & beyond for my hubby & I. We have a 2014 Nissan Rogue ( we love it!) had a leak that water was on the floor of the drivers side only. He listened to us & scheduled us right in for April 7th. He called us explained where the leak was coming from & a solution . He had to order a part & gave us all the information upfront ( very much appreciated) ! We agreed to have the work done! Frank is very professional & you can tell he enjoys his job! He called us the next day when it was ready & we are so pleased! No leak , and the Nissan Rogue was cleaned & ready for pick up!! Everyone we encountered at this dealership was super friendly & kept things moving! We won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you so much for all your hard work!!
