The team at Christies have been great throughout the sale of my property. Nothing was too much trouble for either Will or Ricky and they worked tirelessly towards the completion of the sale and held the deal together when things started to unravel. Every time we bought a house so far... It has been Christies who found one for us. Everyone in the team is excellent, helpful and professional. We would like to especially mentioned two names Will and Richard, they have been absolutely amazing throughout our journey from the initial phone call to our completion. They always returned our calls and addressed our concerns. Overall we would like to say, Richard and Will are the best members of the team. Whenever Will was not available Jack was always helpful. Overall they work as a wonderful team. We will definitely be using them in future and we strongly recommend them to everyone!

Christies Cheam won through on a competitive comparison of 4 agents we shortlisted locally. They stood above the competition in understanding us, knowing the market, advising on best sales strategies and then executing quickly and to a high professional standard with online materials and videos, buyer lists, viewings etc. Despite difficult challenges with the current lockdowns and delays with the legal processes through no fault of their own, Christies remained engaged and active - steering both sides with energy and building a trusted relationship which we could rely upon. Many across the Christies team (Will, Jack, Faye) were involved and all were professional throughout. Ricky, the area manager, deserves special mention - he rolls his sleeves up, is fantastically responsive, understand his customer and is clearly very good at what he does!
