The level of service we received from the initial point of contact through until the conclusion of our project exceeded all expectations. Our clients were entirely unaware that their telephone enquiries were not being dealt with by members of our own team and we received a great deal of positive feedback in relation to the warm, friendly and professional manner with which they were treated.
