We did the Village-Montagne walk starting at the Marmite and went to the village end- which is roughly 5k, so 10k round. The scenery is great so we really enjoyed. You can manage with regular winter boots but they should have traction. Some parts are a little slippery.

Really cool spot with lots of little pools formed by the rocks. Beautiful clear running water. Tiny path off the road right before the construction site nearby.

I what to go there every week!!! Just bring some sandals or those that people use in the water.
