I just had my first distant reiki session with Andrea and it was amazing! The whole session lasted approximately one hour. To get ready for the session she had me prepare my space at home by getting it dark and having candles lit. It worked great over zoom and I loved the fact that I could be in the comfort of my own home. The first part lasted about half an hour with relaxing music playing, I felt very calm. Afterwards, she explained everything while I took notes (I am very much a beginner to reiki, and I enjoyed the explanation of the experience), and then we did a couple exercises together to help me clear my blocked chakras. If you are looking to book a distant reiki session I highly recommend Andrea at Mudra Metra Wellness!!
OMG!!! second time around took 1 and half hour session, well worth it! on the drive home my body was tingling i felt so good. Just being in her presence is relaxing and then when she starts to work on you well lets just say you wish at the end that you could just lie there and have a nap .definately trying 2 hours next. thanx Andie , what an amazing start to my day .
