Never been there but called to see if they did certain repair to damaged spark plugs threads. Lady was so nice and she put gentle man on phone who does repairs and we actually spoke close to 30 minutes as I am mechanic but needed specialty tool. Gentle man took time as he remember he had used same kit TIME SERT THREAD REPAIR for something else and offered to lend tool to me. But turned out that he didn't have size I needed. I was blown away as you don't get people that first of all want to talk never mind lend tools to strangers. So I bet if shop is nice enough to give 30 minutes on phone to stranger. This is the shop I would trust and get feeling they are top notch with there customers. I wish I remembered names but thanks for your time and I will recommend Prossers to anyone I know with BIG TRUCK ISSUES.

Scott and his team are incredible. We've brought 2 volvo VNL trucks here for repair and they've come back better then a Volvo dealership ever could have. They do incredible work and in the same time frame if not quicker then the dealer. The only thing is they are busy, so you'll have to wait a little bit before your truck gets in, but it is totally worth the wait!
