Bought a tobacco Pall Mall ,it was smelling really bad and start having a headaches. Had to bin it in two days as I couldn't cope with the bad taste and constant cough. Yesterday my wife bought me Pall Mall tobacco from Shell,she was not aware that I had to throw the full tobacco last time. Same disgusting taste, definitely they are buying fake iligal tobacco from somewhere. I asked for refund and was told that nothing is wrong with their tobacco so no returns in this case. Not stepping in Shell anymore,very dodgy staff and management.

Staff not got masks over nose. Not asking ANYONE to wear mask. Despite sign.
Just wanted to share my experience as we are all quick to report on bad service but rarely on good service. I popped in to this garage for petrol and was served by a really lovely lady (apologies I didn't get name but she was a slim Asian lady working on 9/8 at approx 16.30pm) she was polite and chatty and after a rubbish day it was nice to be so positively greeted.
