I have had an amazing experience going through treatment for a shoulder injury. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do a great job on the cleanliness of the facility. Thank you very much for getting me through some of the most extreme pain that I have ever had to deal with. Thank you Mo, Tess, Linda and Meghan for getting me on the road to recovery.

I was referred here by my family doctor after developing acute pain from deteriorating cartilage and muscle atrophy. After a mere 6 weekly visits the professionals at Sutton Physio restored the affected joints to full mobility and eliminated the pain. They educated me on exercises I could use to strengthen my muscles and relieve pain, and carefully explained everything I needed to know to keep my problem areas healthy and strong. Everyone here was friendly, polite, professional and good-humoured. They always checked with me about my comfort and pain levels, and made it easy to relax during treatment. Some of the best healthcare I've ever received! Due to pandemic considerations, many precautions are currently being observed; every area must be sanitized, patients must sign in, have their temperature recorded and wear a mask at all times. Check in 5-10 mins before your scheduled appointment.
There's something to be said about consistency. When an organization understands what is required and is able to address it time and time again, this is the consistency that sometimes is missed in other organizations. Well done Sutton Physiotherapy!!
Finally able to visit today after a long Covid closure! So nice to see Tess and John and get much needed treatment. Very safe physical distancing and imfection control practices in place. Knock on door 5 minutes early. Patients 2 in at a time. Sanitizing station includes answering health questions, taking temperature and surgical grade 1 masks provided. Exceptional treatment and service as usual. Kudos to Tess, John and Kim for wearing a mask for 10 hours and fabulous care of us!!! Thankyou!!!!
The staff at the clinic are very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and professional. Have been at the clinic now for a month and having good positive results. Without their time and patience I wouldn't be moving forward. Great results thanks, Brandon,\A\, Tess,and Mo. There are several others as well just can't remember their names.
