The staff in-store were quite nice and helpful, but it took an hour of waiting to resolve a seemingly simple issue (order a camera from another Elkjop store). To be fair, this wasn't the fault of the staff, they were waiting for a phone call from the other location. The goods they have in stock are extremely basic and ordering anything takes a week, so be ready for a wait.
