This Hertz is the epitome of good value and professional and courteous service. I initially booked on Expedia and realized that Expedia had incongruous vehicle classes with Hertz. Daniel proactively identified and corrected this mistake. On the day of our rental, the express boat from Bodo to Svolvaer was delayed and possibly cancelled due to weather, and the team at this Hertz consistently demonstrated concern for our well-being and were accessible throughout the day, well into the night when the town was out celebrating the end of a fishing competition. The car itself was in excellent condition and well-maintained and served us well throughout our trip in Lofoten. Return was equally simple and there were no surprises at the end with regards to charges or fees. Thank you!

Our flight from Bergen missed the connection in Bodø so we called Hertz in Svolvær to let them know we wouldn’t be coming in until morning. We weren’t sure if they would be available at 7:30am (I believe they usually open at 9:30) but when we came out of the airport and walked to the Hertz building the guy was waiting for us. He knows us by name and had the car running and cleaned off (snow). After a quick check in process he showed us the Mercedes and answers any questions. I was so impressed that he came in early just to help us. Excellent service from this employee!!!!

Styr unna for alt det er verdt. Virksomheten driver økonomisk vinning og leier ut bilen om du møter 5 minutter for sent, og å få pengene tilbake går ikke. Fullstendig ulovlig praktisk men å gå til sak er mer bry enn verdi for 4000 kroner. Som de sa, 'dere søringer kan ikke komme her og tro dere bestemmer'. Fullstendig uakseptabel barnslig oppførsel fra to unge medarbeidere.
