Great fence panels, I had a bit of trouble trying to contact the staff by email and phone initially because of the Covid19 situation making them extra busy, when I did get through they said delivery would be two weeks from date of order. I was promised that delivery would be made at this time, but didn't happen for another two days on top of the two weeks promised. It's all understandable at this unprecedented time so all is forgiven at the Panels have more than made up for the long wait. My suggestion is to keep your customers informed if deliveries are going to be delayed beyond the promised time. This is not a criticism on your company's otherwise excellent service.

Terrible. Placed an order for some very basic decking supplies. Understandably this is a very trying time and they were clearly busy. Their website managed to lose my order - as it seems it did with a number of other customers. Had to chase and chase and chase. Finally got through to someone called Anthony, who on a number of occasions lied about the status of the order to try and fob me off. Each time I called my order number apparently meant nothing to them until they did some digging. No urgency in trying to find out what happened. I was promised a call back within 10 minutes on 7 separate occasions, none of them happened and required me to chase again a number of hours later. The continued to take orders on their website while clearly struggling with some ongoing issues. This put an unfair amount of strain on their staff, and despite what they may have said, NO communication was made to the customers involved. A Facebook post which highlighted just how bad the situation was then had the negative comments removed to try and cover it up. Yard staff and delivery staff fine, and given the circumstances probably not doing a bad job, but the Management are terrible, systems in place don't work. Might be a few quid cheaper than alternatives but really not worth the risk, you get what you pay for.

Ordered a fence panel on the 12th May and delivery at the time of ordering was 14 days, website now 21 days this as now lapsed and I have not received any contact from them, been ringing, emailing and even msg through fb. Could you please let me know when I can expect the delivery

Wanted single fence post they wouldn't serve me and said because I wasn't in the trade big mistake I have spent 8,000 on wood so far for the garden and I haven't finished yet .
