We visited the store today to find a seat belt for our Patterdale Buddy, we couldn't see one so we approached Pauline and she was so very friendly and helpful we will definitely be using the store more in the future, and Buddy has a new best friend!

An amazing place to get what ever you need for all types of animals and all the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best pet shops I've been to in a long time.
The most helpful and friendly staff. They go above and beyond with customer care. If they don't stock a particular pet product you prefer to use, they'll do their best to order it in especially for you. My rabbits also go in there for a nail trim and it's always done professionally - plus the bunnies love the fuss they get! The shop is always immaculately clean, tidy and well stocked. This is the best pet shop for miles around.

A great store with lovely helpful & friendly staff who will help as much (or as little) as you need. The store has recently had a big overhaul which has mostly improved the store. They now stock an improved selection of raw foods plus even more grain free dry & wet foods for dogs & cats. They've also added a great new dog deli that has all natural treats for dogs. The store still stocks a good selection of bedding, collars, leads, toys, grooming equipment plus over the counter treatments (flea, wormers etc.) & a small selection of supplements. I've always enjoyed being greeted by the store's 2 chatty birds - they can certainly cheer you up on a bad day However, the store is now stocking & selling rabbit's, Guinea Pigs & a selection of birds - this is why I can't give 5 stars as I don't agree with selling *any* animals in pet stores. In today's society there's no longer any need for pets to be sold by anyone other than their breeder's. Otherwise I highly recommend this store & hope that they keep going with all of the natural & raw foods & treats
