Extremely poor and unprofessional service. 24 consecutive prescriptions were either not ready well after the requisite processing time, not all items present or of more concern is the incorrect dispensing of controlled drugs. This was actually the wrong dose by 50% on one occasion. Staff are frequently rude and always claim there to be a national shortage of whatever medication they haven’t supplied despite my GP asking another local pharmacy who managed to get it delivered within 2 hours maximum. Staff have also stated that they open medication that has already been dispensed and awaiting collection and that’s why they never have the full amount. Opening hours have become more of a rough guide at best with random closing throughout the day and when they are open, several staff will pretend they can’t see you from over the counter and continue their conversation. The service is so bad, I have stopped using this pharmacy. Luckily there are many very good alternatives nearby.

Thank you to the staff at Swadlincote Sainsburys branch of Lloyd’s Pharmacy this morning. You are obviously under a lot of pressure atm but you still went above and beyond to make sure that my mother got her medication quickly and pleasantly. I really appreciate it. X
Used to be really good when it was still run by Sainsburys. Now all I seem to get is generic medication when I collect my prescription. Unlike what they argue they are not the same.

It's handy to have a pharmacy in Sainsbury's. Two stars knocked off because they don't stock a wide enough range (and don't offer to source less common items) and they wouldn't sell me Nytol because I wanted it for the antihistamine property and not just for sleeping...so I'll get some from Amazon instead! Thanks for treating me like a child.
