Great service, very competitive prices and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Lady on the phone was very friendly and man who dropped off and picked up the skip was lovely, nothing seemed too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Booked and paid for a skip over the phone, really easy and straightforward. Prices were very competitive too. Skip arrived nice and early on the day. We had a few issues getting the skip collected, but after an apology from their MD, it was collected quite promptly as promised. Will use again.
Had a 10-12 slot for delivery, rang up at 11 to see where it was, found out the guy was meant to have delivered it already, but told to give a call if it wasn't there by 12, didn't arrive at 12 so rang again, it eventually arrived sometime after 1ish. Then was meant to collect this morning as planned with the receptionist, but it hasn't been collected. Not the companies fault to be honest, just the communication and delivery guys
had two skips off them already placed nicely on the drive and collected nicely too .. had one delivered by a very rude bloke who thinks its ok too place a skip that is gonna damage my property (still my property after all) halve on my drive on top of a raised kerb and hanging in the air on one side... kindly asked him to either move forward onto my drive or back still on my drive its big enough after all the last skips was placed at the back of my drive so its possible.. so the front of the drive is self explanatory. all his reply was ill take it away then!!! so he wont move it so its safe and not damaging my property or he just take it was his words. so all said and done the extremely rude man took the skip phoned to complain woman on the phone was lovely... however no phone call of the manager at all and im guessing by the behaviour of this bloke they think its acceptable to behave towards customers this way... was gonna use them for more skips in a few months safe to say long as you don't have any problems with rainbow they seem brilliant.. seems like soon as you have a problem dont seem too care one bit... ill deffo go and pay extra elsewhere now
