Last week, booked a holiday for 2 to Fuerteventura at the High Street shop in Swadlincote, Derbyshire and found the service extremely good. Everything was explained in an easy to understand way.
Difficult / impossible to get hold off on the phone. Calls would just ring then drop.
Would never book at this store miss sold holiday would never book with tui again can't even speak to head office complaints just sent through to India call centre and are they can't help sent complaint by email was told they ring you still waiting
Rip off !! Free children what a joke.
