Usually use the Post Office in Watton (Edwards) . In Swaffham, went to the Post Office at McColls, and admit it was the one occasion, but the customer service was so poor that I have not been back since. Long queue, staff working behind the counter did not seem to care, leaving one on her own to deal with customers, one who took a very long time with issues. In Edwards, they cheerfully bring extra staff to help customers. Prevalent indifferent attitude.

I have had two bad experiences here lately , hit or miss , staff too busy talking to their friends to serve customers , especially in the evening , it seems customers are getting in the way of their social life, sorry to be a nuisance !!! I shop with my feet, so I won't be returning.
