Excellent and very professional! They installed HVAC ran duct work and they were respectful of us and our home, taking there shoes off, etc. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked late to finish up the job and made sure we understood how to operate everything. I would highly recommend Swaim Electric to anyone. Thank you.

I am so happy with this company and their service!!! Paul, who came earlier than expected, which was a good thing, was such a delight!!! He was so good at explaining everything to me and he actually gave me options before he told me what he would highly recommend we do with our old system, which was to replace it. I had to review him, because he actually talked to me. I had two other companies come and look at my system and not bother explaining, they just told me they would send me a quote for a replacement system. I don’t know if it was bc I am female, but they did not take the time to go over everything with me about what was not working and why it was important that it did, while Paul did! I cannot thank Paul enough for his knowledge, honesty and kindness. What a gentleman! I also would like to mention Tammy, who took my frustrated call, and calmed me down about my heat not working. I was in full panic mode. And she was so reassuring. And Heather is amazing as well! She is very responsive, kind, patient, understanding, and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you all for giving me such a positive experience!!!!
