I am a frequent customer. I like the food and my kids do too. But lately, I have been a victim of "poor customer service" especially from the staff who usually make a fun of my accent, even when some of them do have stronger accents than mine. Many times they talk not knowing I overheard their discussion. This is more common with one of the new staff. While I am not comfortable writing this review, i think it is important for an adequate re-orientation of your staff whose core responsibility is to treat all customers equally irrespective of how they look or where they come from. My last visit to the place made me decide not to come again.

Whenever in swanriver, like stopping here for lunch/dinner. Usually hot and fresh. this time was not as good.. onion rings were old and not fresh this time. Burger was though. Hope it's better next time..

Fairly good food here. Quite clean and tidy compared to other Dairy queens. They keep putting fudge sauce in my blizzards though when I dont ask for any. But the customer service is very satisfactory.

Very bad customer service at this location, almost every time the staff is openly hostile and snobbish to customers. Some of these include rolling eyes at customers, saying “what do you want” as a greeting, and slamming change down on the counter. Go to Shivers instead...
