Absolutely terrible at talking to some people, they don't do there job well and they talk absolute rubbish. Would not recommend them to you.

Very DISHONEST third rate people doing bad deals with disreputable and unsafe care providers and using harassment and other unpleasant tactics to try to get vulnerable people to pay for their bad business. Must be absolutely no supervision or regulation of this utterly Unethical and Vile organisation who deal with Highly Vulnerable people. Provable dishonesty, a complaints system that is a farce and some very low rate people very well paid. A complete overhaul needed and ALL the Unethical, Aggressive and Utterly Dishonest people who currently work there given P45's!

Terrible support, no common sense and naive staff. I had reported about a child and asked for help. No help was given. We pay their salaries and they don't have a care in the world.
