I’m not altogether comfortable discussing my symptoms to a receptionist, which is what they ask, perhaps they are medically trained for triage? The same day appointment system clearly does not work particularly when not everyone can be hanging on their phones at 8.00 am with life and work commitments. Many occasions you end up waiting on hold only to be told there are no consultations left. I am noticing that prescriptions are getting smaller in doses so you have to pay the fee more often for repeats, strange how this is the case when the pharmacy is on the premises in house. Receptionists are not over welcoming especially at the moment when you visit the Fort Knox style practice only to see that they have a white covered railed barrier around them so they can’t even be seen, more secrecy than MI6

Due to recent \company policy\ they no longer issue prescriptions for 2 months, prescriptions are only for a month. This has resulted in my prescription charges that I budget for now doubling as now have to pay monthly rather than every two months. Not happy!!!!!!

It's a shame you have to give a star rating as this practice doesn't deserve any. Under no circumstances should you use or become a patient at this surgery. For many, many years now it has had awful CQC reviews and never improves. It has changed GP's and is still as awful as it's always been. There are many practices which are efficient, polite and useful as opposed to this which is none of the above and more. Staff have no customer service skills, GP's are RUDE and don't give their full time and attention to patients and the waiting times on the phone line are bad enough, so don't anticipate an appointment any time soon! Also, God help you if you have any mental health issues as they don't give a care in the world about those and have NO mental health trained specific professionals within the surgery. Can't wait for my application to a new GP is processed to get out of this hell hole.

This clinic is a joke unfortunately i got ongoing issue for more than 30 days i start with pharmacist treatment didn't work so we go to the G P which prescribe some medicine and he said if is not improvements i need to call back for one week i keep try to book appoiment and nothing available is a joke this system but this clinic doesn't do anything to improve this for last 4 years since im register with this clinic they never have any available appoiment always you have to ring 10 -20-30 times to get someone to answer the phone if you lucky now they improve the line is tell you are in the position and how long will take to answer but ignore the time because is not real time anyway when you call 8 am you can get to the queue the line said we are over busy or something similar and is hang up on you so on the end i believe to get appoiment to this clinic depence how lucky you are so i think with symptoms for over one months while i took 2 different medicine is no improvements i just wonder what will be next and how can i solve this issue when i try urgent treatment centre on russel hall and they said only the GP can refer for further investigation and they prescribed another medicine so far i pay for 3 prescription for nothing because none of the medicine work for me .this clinic is got very bad review every where on the internet i just wonder what else we need to do to involve the authority to sort this clinic out .

This doctors is a joke iv try calling for 2weeks for my postnatal as they sent me letters can i get thru to book my appointment no i went there today n the asian lady slam the door in my face i left feeling hurt the way she did that after explaing i need a appointment. Also they refuse to see my 3 week old baby had to call 111 for them to get him 2 be seen i wish i can find another doctors
