Swansboro Port Realty is a great team of people that have provided the service, trust, and confidence to make renting out and managing our property carefree. They have great communication and are often more responsive than I am, while ensuring good tenants are taken care and bad tenants are cared for but not at the owner's detriment. We have improved owner-manger communication over the years, and now things flow well with minor repairs, quotes for major repairs, post hurricane updates, and candid advice from their years of experience. I am now living in CA, and I wish I had this kind of service in CA. Thanks for the years of great support!
