Staff were very helpful, it was quiet so I was seen to immediately. The entrance is hidden from wind street, but the sign is clear. The initial entrance to the building in which it is situated is quite dark and could be deemed intimidating by some. But the service is excellent

Just so far out and they altered the phone number tried to get through but no-one answered went over there in the end which really was not appropriate goog thing I had a car but what would happen if I didn't or was elderly

Just called the helpline... it states their opening hours on wednesday are 9 am to 12 noon. Called at 11am only to be met with\ there is no one here to take your call and the office is now closed\ and then again stating that their opening hours on Wednesday are 9 till 12! What.? This is rubbish! Get your act together
