Absolutely shocking customer service. The stock on their website is not reflective of what they actually have. Their quoted shipping times are after they have processed your order....which took days. No courtesy emails to update you on progress. Staff were rude and dismissive. Wouldn't recommend. Go to any other online store.

Bought a Stihl chainsaw in 2019 from CNS Swansea and it became faulty within days. The after sales was abysmal, you cant trust what the workshop team/manager tells you, as the story changed each time I spoke to them, they really don't like being asked technical questions around the faults! I was told to take the saw to another dealership to get it repaired! Even under warranty! This Saw has broken down six times within the two year warranty period with apparently two new carburettors fitted. They want the sales but after sale service is dreadful. I have bought Stihl equipment all my life, will never go to CNS again. I was told that my reserve chainsaw needed a new pot and piston as they were worn out (est 110) and when I took it to another dealership they simply changed ignition coil to cure the fault. The only positive was that the shop front staff were accommodating and sympathetic, the fault lies with the management at this establishment.

Ordered from trenddirectuk and got robbed. I ordered 10no drill bits but when I opened the box it only had 2no in. Expected the other 8 to follow. They didn't. I was not automatically refunded. Had to chase up and was told the product had been discontinued. Was told they wouldn't refund any of the delivery cost because they made a delivery. But I wouldn't have paid 4.20 delivery for 2no 3.94 drill bits would I?! Apparently I am in the wrong and I'm not getting this money back.
