Brilliant surgery drs and staff brilliant very helpful! I’m so upset I have had to leave this surgery due to house move. Hope my next go surgery will be as caring and accommodating as Cwmfelin has been to me and my family over the long years we had been patients their. So sorry to loose you guys! Keep up the good work your doing awesome!

Absolutely ridiculous booking system, you have to turn up at 07.30am to get any chance of an appointment in open surgery and even then you get massive queues avoid this surgery at all costs! Only thing that makes this place get one star are the staff working here. Appointment delayed by over 20 minutes.

The worst surgery I have been too. Reception staff and the nurses are nice enough, but the doctors are horrible. Rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. I will moving shortly to another surgery shortly.

Can't create appointments online... Will have to take a half day off work just so I can go there to make an appointment at 8AM. I'm sorry, what the hell is this system? Are we in the 1990s?
