Two men standing at the entrance (waste of tax payers money no need for two, one can do this job.. Typical Swansea Council approach) handed a paper to me introducing the new booking system. At that moment I tried to book online the website was down. I told one of them ( he changed to aggressive approach a minute he noticed my accent) he said that is not his problem and I have to leave now or I will be Band!!... All that happend when there was only two cars inside the center and I have two items only to recycle. This kind of approach promote fly tipping. I tried to contact some in the council to complain, it took me 15min to find a number and at the end no one picked up the phone. Pathetic!!

Once passed the red tape. Had to try to book a slot online from the car. Phone access waste of time. Unexpected booking system. Since rationalisation now 30 miles through heavy traffic. Increased carbon footprint . Efficient and polite staff.
