Superb treatment of a poorly puppy by Serena. She was gentle and understanding of both patient and owner and clearly explained treatment and care. During Bailey's hospitalization, I was given regular updates on her treatment and welfare. All the staff are amazing: your pet is just as important to them as s/he is to you.
