I recently had MiraDry at The Grove and from beginning to end, Jodie’s customer service has been second to none. Made me feel really at ease and checked in on me after the procedure. All the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

I was left sitting for half an hour for my appointment before I had to leave. I was understanding and patient. I asked for a refund for my deposit (on the Fri) and was told this would be done. On the following Monday I receive a call asking me for my bank details and had an apology. I waited 7 days and still the money had not reached my account. I called back and asked what was happening, I was told the money would be transferred. This morning (13 days since my supposed appointment) I received a rude email from Jodie telling me that they will honour the deposit refund even though they normally don’t BUT I will have to wait as she has to manually do it and they are busy! I’ve waited nearly 2 weeks, why didn’t anyone tell me this information sooner? She said they offered to move my appointment, however, it takes me half hour to get to her clinic and I didn’t want to be left waiting again. I went elsewhere for my treatment. I’m furious. Christmas is a month away, I am a single mum, I really need that 50!

Thank you Trey for the advice and treatment I have received for pigmentation on my face. Following an excellent consultation and treatment, I expected to see results after 6 weeks. Only two weeks later and my pigmentation has disappeared and so have my spots! My overall complexion is much better and I feel more confident not wearing makeup. I would definitely recommend your clinic and thank you very much for helping me to solve my skin problem after 2 years of putting up with it!

What a beautiful place! The staff were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I had the dermaplaning treatment which was absolutely amazing. My skin felt so clean and soft after. Would definitely recommend which I have done to all my friends. Will definitely be returning

Beautiful place with a relaxed inviting atmosphere! I had the blackhead facial today and a lash lift and my skin feels and looks amazing! My lashes are so curly and dark now! Talented staff!! Will 100% be returning and would recommend to anybody!
