Another fantastic meal last night - as usual everything was . One of the best restaurants around for choice. My husband eats everything but I'm both vegetarian & lactose intolerant so usually have to go for limited vegan options - but turtle bay has so many vegan options I'm spoilt for choice. Decent portion sizes and overall good value. We love it here.

I wish I could give half stars, because I'd give it 3.5 rather than 3. Positives... 1. Lovely venue, with good social distancing and cleaning measures in place. I felt very safe eating in there 2. Great cocktail selection, and the bar staff knew their stuff to make good recommendations. 3. Food was very tasty, spicy but I do like the spicy choices! 4. Friendly staff throughout waiting at table and at entrance 5. Bottomless Brunch is a good deal at 27pp Opportunities... 1. Service was slow, although we should have stayed seated at our table we did have to approach the bar to get refills on our drinks and napkins/condiments for our table. The bar staff were great at accomodating. I think the staff serving the tables were too stretched so could not keep up with customers, we observed several other tables waiting long periods of time for items/assistance 2. Food portions were small, and accompanying sides were expensive. Not a problem with a deal but this would certainly put me off visiting for food otherwise 3. Food selection - this is Carribbean food so if you aren't up for spicy meats and vegetable based food options, this isn't the place for you. Check the menu online first before planning a visit so that your whole party will be happy.
Absolutely amazing service from Silvio who’s so funny he should have his own stand up show, made our experience the best. Also lush cocktails from Santiago who was working his arse off all night, 10/10 boss
I had wonderfull time in here. Victoria and Kuba went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for more. Curry goat and squid is on point. Victoria needs a pay raise! Thank you a lot for good vibes :)
Vegan options are brilliant, definitely one of the best menus in swansea. Highly recommended!
