Having changed surgeries last year I’m so glad I did. This surgery has been nothing but help with me which is rare these days. Not a bad word to say!

It is nothing but a joke. I tried to get a appointment in on the 19/02/2018 after ringing and then being put on hold. Only to be hung up on. And then to drive down and to be told I have to ring up. Witch I did 43 times with no answer. Not happy with it. And in result I am changing surgery

If you are lucky enough to pass the equivalent of the Dynamo Kiev back four in reception, then you will find the doctors to be what you would expect from a family surgery - no complaints there. The problem with this surgery however is the ridiculous triage screening system they have. Unless you can call at 8am or 2pm you will not get an appointment; and then only if you are lucky enough to pass their questions. Unfortunately, the first point of contact here is the reception and, having redailed 89 times and then gone through the lengthy answerphone directory and chosen your option, the lack of personableness they demonstrate only serves to increase the stress and anxiety one may have. There are other surgeries in the area - my advice is to try these first! Aye Aye!!

Love my local GP, excellent staff. Professional and welcoming. Just like other practises getting through can be an issue but thats down to idiots who persistently call up due to colds and waste time.
