POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I called their store because their shipping policy is free shipping for a medium flat rate box via USPS and I received notification that there would be an additional 8 charge for shipping to Puerto Rico. PR is a US territory and flat rate shipping to PR costs the exact same as flat rate shipping anywhere in the continental US. The manager was not available, so I responded to their email asking if they could clarify the additional freight charge and if they could try putting in an address for NY and then one for PR when creating the postage and if there is an additional charge for the shipping to please call and I would pay, but if there wasn't if they could honor their free shipping offer. The manager responded with canceling my order saying it's because I refuse to pay. I tried calling the store to explain that I wasn't refusing to pay, but that there is a misunderstanding for the additional charge because the USPS does not charge it. The guy picked up and hung up 3x without saying anything that I thought there was a phone issue. On the 4th try the guy angrily yelled at me that I am not to call the store any more and hung up. I am stunned by how poorly the situation was handled and thought maybe the guy was just having a bad day, but in looking at the poor reviews... there's definitely a habit of poor customer service and there's even someone else's review about the same situation, but for shipping to HI (which is also the same flat rate cost).

Terrible service. Called a moron and a loser because I wanted a refund for a missing package that my post office had to send a third party to retrieve.
