I am a big fan of swarovski. I have very good experience with this brand for more than 15 years. Their crystal designs shine as much as a real diamond. Yet for a convenient price. The color never fade away. Their service at south coast plaza was smooth and quick.

We bought a watch we really like at a great price, and the customer service was excellent. The salesperson even walked us from the store to a nearby jewelers where we had the band custom fitted at no extra charge. The entire buying experience was fabulous.
Great staff, and really cool unique items
Such bad experience of customer service and commitment !!! Will never forget and will never return to that store ever again!! They made us wait for one item for like 3 hours on my birthday and the result was nothing . Such a regretful day. Google doesn’t have dislike button otherwise it’s not even worth of one star.
