This location has the worst communication/customer service of ANY Swarovski location I've been to. I placed an order over the phone and asked if I could pick it up the next day. The lady taking my order said no problem, they're open until 7pm for curbside pickup and asked to call when we arrive at the mall for directions. The next day I arrive at the mall and call at 6:10, but no one picks up. Their updated voicemail confirms that they are, in fact, supposed to be open for pickup until 7pm. I called multiple times with no answer; finally someone working at the mall told me they were actually closed from 6:30. This annoys me for multiple reasons. Their representative, website, AND voicemail all said they close at 7, but that's not true. Regardless, I arrived before 6:30 and they still didn't answer. I came a long way just to pickup my order, which I won't even receive in time for the occasion I bought it for to begin with. Now I've got to make two trips, a total of 2 hours of my time, for the same thing just because they're communication is lacking. The next day I made my second trip, and again no one received my call for over 20 minutes. I felt like I was wasting another day for the same thing again, and didn't get a call/response until after I left an angry voicemail. When I finally got my order I asked the representative what time they were really closed just to confirm. He said 6:30pm. I asked him why I was given wrong information in that case and instead of acknowledging my frustrations he denied that it could be possible for someone from the store to give me wrong information. Then he made a passive aggressive comment about me making "non-essential" trips during a pandemic. If he wanted to say he didn't want my business, he should have said it with his chest. I love Swarovski's pieces but I definitely won't be visiting this location again.

I picked up an online order in store. The reason why I’m giving a 2 star review is because the customer service could have been much, much better. The employee that assisted me gave me dry responses. I also felt like he didn’t really want to assist me. I’m glad my sister enjoyed her birthday gift. It could have been based on how I looked, who knows but next time I might take my business elsewhere.

I visited the Swarovski Yorkdale location yesterday to purchase an item that I saw online and was ready to make my purchase as well , however that wasn’t the case because of the customer service I received yesterday. Yes the reviews are all true regarding the way they greet and treat “certain clients”.Upon my arrival at the store where the sales associate was there to greet the clients I received a half dry hello but when another customer came right after me you can hear the enthusiasm of how they greeted that customer. The other sales associate did not even ask me if I needed any assistance and honestly I went over to her and asked sarcastically “ are you busy “ when clearly she was not. She just was fixing things aimlessly around the store instead of doing her job which is the goal of closing a sale. Swarovski, my word of advice to you is you guys need to get your ish together and listen to the client’s feedback. As a business owner I understand how paramount excellent customer service is and I have gone to other locations and the customer service was impeccable especially at the Square One location. I have spent hundreds of dollars on your merchandise and normally I don’t leave reviews but from what I have experienced yesterday I’m truly disappointed of this particular experience at Swarovski and how it reflects onto the brand.

Bad customer service!!!!! There was an old lady and a tall guy. I walked in and they looked at me,not even say hi! And I walked around looking for key holders, but i didn’t find it. At this time the guy walk pass me. I thought he was gonna help me or ask me if I need help.But he look at me for 3 seconds and walk pass. (There were no customers in the store at that time! ) never come again! I never knew that the sales of Swarovski are like this
