It’s a shopping street with a lot of beautiful stores. I would return here for shopping. Apple, Forever 21, Phillip Plein, Swarovski, Zara...etc.

Sales -when money is collected- are efficient and helpful. Follow up, not so much. To repair or exchange a faulty product you are send to several people, each with his own excuse and ultimately denied assistance because you don't have a receipt. As if it not obvious that this is a Swarovski product. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED

Beautiful shop, the Lady who is store manager was very unfriendly and snappy. Very arrogant and treated us very badly. We buy a lot Swarovski because we are austrians living abroad. Swarovski is always a piece of home. We left the store on Kaerntnerstrasse very upset
