In around 20 hotels we stayed in this was the only one with proper bathroom plumbing. Hot water and water pressure was satisfactory. It's a good place to spend the night and have a shower. But that's all. The owner seemed quite accommodating but turns out he was already charging us too much for 2 double bed rooms when he said he will add a 5 bed room in the same price. We did not order food but we did get our own food and asked the like staff for crockery. Half of it came right away the other half took 2 trips to the manager and 45 minutes to get. We did get a free water bottle for each room. The overall hotel is cheap and poor construction and the room walls are skewed so the corners are not at 90 degrees so the beds don't align or lineup properly with two walls. Beds are metal and noisy. No TV in my room, small old CRT in others, plenty of power outlets though. A large corridors leading to the rooms amplifies the street traffic noise, although its not a high traffic street but still whatever goes on the road can be headed in the bed quite loudly. And not to mention kids shouting gets worse too in the corridor. In summary, it's a good place for people with limited budget. Don't expect high quality service, just enough to spend a night sleep, shower and get the hell out.

It was clean and tidy with hygienic facilities. Could be better if having warm water facility. I recommend this one for family stay.
The manager was totally opposite to the worst experience we had with the management of River Palace hotel a few steps away from this. He offered discount too and treated so nice and with dignity. The room was spacious with 2 master bed rooms. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. I will reccomend this hotel definitely if you plan a trip to Swat.
Lake view hotel as my best choice good staff & front view as fantastic

rooms were good but the staff and food were worst. i will not recommended them because they treated the guest from uk very harshly and even they charged them very highly so not recommended.
Worst Service.. Manager Dont posses Professional attitude towards the customers..!! Stayed in , room was not cleaned properly. Double bed room was allotted to us.. was full of Mosquitoes!!! The Manager Took 5000 from us.. and was saying that he will return the remaining amount to us before morning.. instead tried to cut the money.. so be careful .. pay him the exact amount to avoid any worry.. The per night rate of double/Master Bed was 1800 Rupees Only.
Sb facilities ache the... except iron nahe the wahan py. Otherwise normal bujet main acha neat clean sa stay ha
