Had windows fitted end of Nov 2020. From the rep visiting us to the finish very pleased. Rep not pushy. Proud of the windows that they would supply and came back next day with a proper written quote. The men were tidy and laid dust sheets everywhere and cleaned up. Even when fitting a small window that cracked they told us to withhold some of the payment until its sorted, week later all done. We have more windows to change later this year in 2021 and have no hesitation in asking them to fit them. Recommend them as they also kept us informed.

Had a window removed and french doors put in. Job done over 2 days in December 2020. The fitters did an exellent job and were very tidy. Very pleased with the service and price of the doors. Doors allow so much more light into the room and can't wait now for better weather. Would definitely recommend.

The fitter was thoroughly professional and answered any questions I had. The task of fitting the doors went without issues and we are very pleased with the final outcome. There was a small mark on the inside of the glass which we wouldn't have noticed. The fitter pointed this out to us and we agreed 50 off with SWD. They handled the issue really well. If we need more windows or doors fitted we will 100% be using SWD again.
