Purchased a sweater on December 4 and still has not arrived almost an entire month later. Have been told several times over past 2 weeks that they're not sure when it will arrive. Would dissuade anyone from ordering online, at least internationally. Perhaps this company should consider a more reliable delivery service...An Post certainly can not get the job done. It will be my last purchase. Ken Canada

Absolutely love my sweater! Warm and comfortable. Not scratchy at all. The colour is exactly as in the photo. Craftsmanship is impressive. Customer service was excellent. I normally take an XL, but according to my measurements the rep suggested I order a Large (which was my exact chest measurement), since wool tends to stretch. It fits perfectly! I couldn’t be more impressed with the Sweater Shop. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
While in Killarney last August I found myself in need of a warm jumper and popped into the Sweater Shop. After being greeted by the lovely and accommodating staff I picked out a lovely charcoal grey jumper that fit me like a glove. I have lived in that jumper ever since. With winter creeping in I felt the need to add another jumper to the mix. I couldn't get into the shop so I looked at their website and found myself torn between two different jumpers. My two new jumpers arrived today and are perfect! The staff were brilliant and showed excellent communication skills. The quality of the jumpers and the craftsmanship are through the roof. I would recommend 10/10
