DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST. I made my appointment online and uploaded my insurance card. I also filled out all my information. What is the purpose of doing everything online if you want the same information at the door? The appointment was for a rapid covid test. I drove 20 miles. I checked in and the person at the door told me it would be 200 for a rapid test because insurance would not cover rapid. She stated that the website is a 3rd party. I don't care if it is a 3rd party website. You need to let people know before they waste their time coming to your site. I went to Piedmont Urgent Care and got results in 20 minutes FOR FREE.

The staff is courteous and they took the time to listen to me. The service was great and it’s way faster than going to the ER. You get great care at a very affordable rate, plus you are in and out. I’ll never wait in an ER again. Definitely will recommend this place to all my family and friends

The Morrow location was super helpful and very accommodating. Necole, Ebonee, Iyanna, and Portia went above and beyond to make sure my Covid Test was on time to the FedEx driver who was on the way. I was so impressed I had to order them all pizza. They were honest with another customer who was trying to fly by Friday morning. Instead of just taking her money they said your results won't be back in time then told her other places she could go.These ladies are what customer service is all about.

I was there for Covid test, he made me feel so comfortable the test was a breeze! Ask for Ceasar, you will be in perfect hands!!!
