If only I can give negative million of zeros, I would. Total scammers. Changed my debt amount 3 times more than the correct amount i owed and not responding accordingly to my emails when I asked why my debt amount has changed x 3 and to send me proof of who I am owing money to and the exact amount stated in the account. No answer!!!!! HORRIBLE!

The worst company to deal with your debt. They are the culprits of modern society. Will call your work and FAMILY INCLUDING YOUR EACH AND EVERY RELATIVE instead of just next to kin. Every negative review here is legit true. They harass you ILLEGALLY unless you agree to THEIR TERMS OF SETTLEMENT which will quite high like 200 a week. Breach of your privacy is at stake with them.
What an amazing experience with Jo today! She was nice and understanding with my situation. I previously had a terrible experience with one of the staff and today Jo made me feel that they also care abt customers financial difficult situations and are here to help resolve the account issue. Thanks heaps Jo, I really appreciate your support, it’s was indeed a 5 stars experience for me.
Very aggressive, threatening and rude, harassing my work number constantly especially by Jamie. Quite childish and unprofessional. Telling me he will ring whoever he wants whenever he wants as many times as he wants. Which is illegal and harassment, breach of privacy disclosing my private details to all my work colleagues without thought of a person losing their job due to their constant and threatening harassment. Needs to be investigated. Disgusting behaviour. They even refuse to put it in writing which I have requested.
I received a call from Bill regarding a matter I had thought was done and dusted. I was getting upset about it and he suggested a solution that I never thought of, and in the matter of five minutes, I had done the application and will be having the funds to finalise this. This is the first time ever I have been rang up by a debt recovery and he was a human being who had a solution. Thanks heaps, Bill, and you are a credit to your organisation, breaking the stereotype of debt recovery officers who figuatively threaten to break your legs, etc.
The worst company I've ever dealt with definetly need to be audited and review, so quick to put on my file that I was rude when they can't think of how they treat and follow up people for payment. I rang a second time dealt with a different colleague and you can tell he was trying to back up his colleague she's upset telling me they have feelings they are human etc. Which I totally understand, and this was never my intention to be frustrated but go back listen to Emmas tone listen to our conversation before you accuse the other end. To be all honest something for yous to think about just because your chasing up people for payments dosen't give you power to be overly rude and demand us to respect you all even if you treat us like nothing. No respect goes 2 ways so dont expect to have my respect when I wasnt offered in the first place. I could say so much more but honestly disgusted. I've rang original company and have asked them change and review swift recovery who purchases debts on them

This company is an absolute disgrace. They have listed me illegally for debt that isnt mine which they bought. I found out when i went for a loan. Now that i have been in touch with them they are dodging and weaving me. They wont return my call (have called over 20 times). Serves them right for buying debts. They cant win them all.
