Swift towing helped me on the phone very quickly and they showed up on time and fast to jump my car. Very professional would definitely recommend
They were faster than any other towing service in Grand Rapids during rush hour traffic. I literally stalled out at the intersection and they had a tow truck there within 12 minutes. The driver Jessie was very nice and handled my car with care. Thanks again! I’ll use you again if I ever need a tow :)
VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE ! Estimate was as quoted, arrival time to tow the car was as promised, driver followed up with text to confirm that the car was dropped off at its destination, a very POSITIVE EXPERIENCE for otherwise a FRUSTRATING OCCURRENCE when our cars break down. I would highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to use them again !!!
My car slid off the road in the snow and I ended up in a ditch nose up. Looked for some towing companies in Grand Rapids and they were the fastest. The driver was very helpful and got my car back on all four wheels smoothly.
