Ordered new frames as mine broke! I was told 3 days for them to arrive & they would phone me! 11 days later after trying to phone many times! No one picks up the phone all you get is an answer machine! I went to the store to see if my frames had arrived! They were in but the assistant said they couldn’t do anything as I was not booked in! I said how can I book in if you don’t phone me to say my frames are in! Very poor service the assistant was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered anywhere rude & unhelpful & she does her best to make excuses for her bad treatment of customers! How she’s in a customer facing job is beyond me! They need a serious rethink on staff training! On how to answer the phone or contact customers to tell them their items have arrived!

Myself and my famy have used Asda Optician for a few years and have alway got on well until today(05.09.20)My glasses arm fell off over lock down, so I left them without getting mended because they are for driving only and I was not driving about and also the shop was shut. Today I took them back and ask to have them fixed to be told that they are not in warrenty due to I could have pull them apart and they would not be able to help. I bought them last September and they broke in April. Not sure I will be going back as I have only use them a few times, and the after sales support is NOT THERE..... Looks like they just want to take your money.

Sexist opticians that thinks its acceptable just because your doing what they class as a 'blokes' job think it's okay to ask you sarcastic and sexist question whilst having my eye test. Then i contacted them nearly 4 weeks later to ask where my glasses where. Turns out they were there all along but just couldn't be bothered to inform me of this. Avoid at all cost.

2.5 months waiting time for an eye test... It is now April and they book appointments for July. Good quality glasses for the price.
