I dealt with Jeremy from Blade Yamaha / Blage Group Motorcycles when I purchased my MT10SP. Dealing on email was slow but on my pickup of the bike i understood why there were delays he was swamped with the phone constantly ringing . Other then that really helpful people and everyone was really friendly :) definitely "I'll be back"

Brilliant service. Jamie was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great range of bikes and clean showroom. Really pleased with my purchase. They even delivered my bike to my home address at no extra charge... amazing service. Would go here again.
I visited Swindon Yamaha during the easing of lockdown to buy my son his first motorbike. And I have to say from the moment we were greeted at the door, the level of professionalism and courtesy and first class advice from Jeremy Kinch was amazing. My son actually went to buy a different bike, but because of his height, the bike he wanted pretty much became a non-option. Jeremy took his time to advise cam through the bikes best suited to him and his patience and customer service was simply 5*. My son took delivery of his bike today and to say he was a very happy young man.... I can't recommend too highly Jeremy, simone and the team at Blade Yamaha Swindon. Thanks again guys.
Brought my first bike from here back in 2016 which was a yamaha. Fantastic service, staff were genuinely interested in getting you the right bike for what you need. Also great for servicing - I would happily use again.

Very happy with the process and the communication. Bike was delivered on time and prepped ready for the weekend. A good price for my new bike and a fair price for my trade-in. Razvan was the saleman who helped me through the process. A big thumbs up to him.
I have recently bought a new bike from these guys, couldn't have been more useful. They helped me at every turn and answered all the questions i had with confidence and competence. This was my first motorcycle so i visited a number of dealerships and found Blade Swindon to be the most genuine and just plain old fashioned "nice people", strongly recommend you pop down even to just clarify these words, you won't be made to feel uncomfortable in anyway. Special thank you to Grant Nicholson at Suzuki (even though i didn't buy a Suzuki) he helped my choose the right bike that suited me and didn't once tell me what to do, simply advised me from lessons that he has learnt. Thanks guys, made it an awesome experience.
