A neighbour of ours purchased a new front door from Emerald and it looked amazing so we decided to go for the same company. The service was great we used the door builder to select what we wanted then two visits to confirm our selection. Paid the deposit then booked in the fitting. We requested 6 keys which is unusual but Martin made it happen which was a real bonus. Matt and the apprentice turned up, dust sheets down and then the work began. It took around 4 hours to swap the doors. The care and attention to details was excellent and the kids watched the whole thing from a distance. I cannot recommend this company enough. I got a call the next day from the office to pay the remaining money and she informed me that I need to keep the contract as it’s my guarantee should it ever need adjustment. 5 star service

Replacement of a sliding patio door with a two-panel bi-fold door. Showroom staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail, and we came away feeling comfortable with our choices. We had to ask for a change of installation date which was no problem. The installation was carried out with great care and professionalism; the operation and maintenance of the door was explained to us, and everything was left clean and tidy. We can only recommend Emerald Windows & Door and will definitely use them again.

I have used Emerald Windows 3 times to replace both windows and doors. Each time I also got quotes from national companies, but Emerald always came in lowest. With Emerald you won't get any of the hard sell nonsense some other companies will put you through insulting your intelligence in the process. Emerald just listen and take note of your requirements, take them away and come back with a competitive price all whilst still offering top quality products and service. I would most definitely recommend them and would also use them again!

We have been very pleased with the whole process with Emerald Windows. Marc was very helpful with all our requirements to replace original sash windows, where we were concerned about how this would look. We are so pleased with the outcome, they look beautiful and are wonderfully functional. Mandy was fantastic in the office and always helpful. When it came to fitting, the guys were so considerate and professional and took such pride in what they were doing. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you everyone. We have used Emerald for other jobs and without a doubt we would use them again.

From the very reasonable no-fuss quote, to the final finishing touches, Emerald did a great job all round. We are really pleased with our windows and replacement conservatory roof. If you are thinking of moving from polycarbonate to glass - do it with Emerald! Our conservatory is warmer and brighter and our rooms are lighter. Great products, excellent fitting and lovely staff - Thank you Emerald!
