I wanted a very simple 11 M2 extension to my house. Nothing complicated. 2/3 of the external walls for the extension already existed. No breaking in to existing house. This company sent someone for a site visit. They collected copies of all drawings, specifications and a full listing of the scope of work. They promised they would provide a quotation within two weeks. Nothing arrived. When I followed up I was told that the person who had prepared the quotation had left the company but the file had been given to Mr Donovan who would provide me with a quotation the following week. Nothing arrived. When I followed up again I got a thoroughly ridiculous quotation. Prices should have been about 1,250-1,500 /M2. Their quotation was more than 4,000/M2. Do not waste your time.
