Wish i could give the shambolic service zero but you have to give 1 minimum. Food excellent, waiting time abyssmal. Ordered at 6.40pm. Delivery time 8 17pm. Actual delivery 9 20!!!!! Terrible. Complained to mgr and tried to get some money off. He said we could have money off future order....but guess what we wont b bothering. Avoid this restaurant if u r hungry and dont mind nearly 3 hour wait......Jack of spice. Make your delivery estimates realised....

1 star too many. The food is decent enough but it isn't world beating you can get just as good/better elsewhere. The worst part is their customer service. Twice now we have ordered from them and both times it took over 2 hours to arrive (which they didn't care about and just fobbed us off) and then both times when it did arrive the order was wrong. The first time we managed to get a replacement (eventually) the 2nd time they had an item missing and they kept ignoring us and then tried to fob us off multiple times. Eventually tried to give us a voucher but the damage was done and we would never use them again so we said we wanted a refund for the missing item. Yet again they fobbed us off and told us they would get the manager to call.us the following day. We knew what game they were playing and guess what.... we are still waiting for the phone call and refund. Incidentally, despite trying to post a negative review on their feedback form via the website it hasnt been put on. Stay well away from these scam artists.
1 star is to many. We have now ordered twice from here and both times have been awful. The 1st time we ordered off of just eat and this was at 7.15 and it said estimated arrival 8.35. We understood this as it is lockdown and a Saturday night. It then gets to 8.55 and I call and they said it was still on the grill and would be there is 20 mins. At 9.20 it still hadn't arrived so called again and they said it was just leaving. I was not angry as it is a lockdown and Saturday but tried to say of there was a way maybe lengthen the time on the time for delivery as it is very miss leading. They didn't even apologise and pretended to just say its leaving. The food arrived at 9.40 so 2 hours and 25 mins but with lockdown you know places are busy. We again order tonight and we'll same issue. Over 2 hours wait but when the food arrived the chicken was pink!! It wasn't even cooked so this is when I called and a young girl answered and I was passed onto someone else. He did not day sorry just that he wanted the chicken back so he could see it, which I said we would. He said it would be half an hour and put the phone down. Not even asking if we wanted a refund. He said would be half an hour and 45 minutes later it arrived and was not very nice. I understand they must be busy but the service is awful and after tonight we will not be going again.
Food not bad but on the last three occasions I had to wait over an hour and a half for my delivery. Today it has been two hours so far and restaurant not very helpful when you call them. Avoid at all costs!!!
Ordered 17.30, told would be delivered 19.10, then updated to be delivered 19.45, called them at 19.50 told would be 10mins, 20 mins later still not arrived, called again but order not even cooked, would be another 25mins, told him to cancel order, became very rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
