We used McFarlane for buying our lovely house. From the buyer's point of view I can say it was a great experience. The responsiveness and assistance we received was excellent considering all Covid measurements. Cricklade team was absolutely amazing. We used McFarlane’s to sell, they have offered a very professional and helpful service throughout the process. We have dealt with Thomas mainly, he gave us plenty of information on the current housing markets and always responded quickly with any questions that I had. He also took some excellent photos of the house which I’m sure aided in getting plenty of potential buyers through the door, which resulted in getting full asking price! Absolutely atrocious. Will just ignore maintenance requests for weeks on end. Constantly have to chase them up. Very poor experience thus far. Would recommend against working with them.
